What is a Network Referral Associate ?

A referral agent, holding a valid real estate license, doesn't engage directly in selling real estate. Instead, they refer their clients (which can include friends, family, co-workers, or any contacts) to another actively licensed real estate agent. The referred agent takes charge of the client's real estate transaction, and the referral agent earns a percentage of the commission generated by the active agent through the referral. Opting to be a referral agent can be a profitable avenue for earning income within the real estate industry.
